Re: Xoops image manager

Myalbum is probably your best bet. You can integrate it into imagamanager. This is about the only module capable of this. Nothing for xcgallery.

RSS Feeds pinging the servers - Not a hack

I've probably posted this in the wrong forum so I apologise in advance.

In promoting rss feeds I've noticed that many sites require you to ping them when an update is available. Example:

http://publisher.yahoo.com/submit.php#latest

A feature I would like to see added to any modules providing rss feeds is the ability to specify servers through the admin menu to ping when a news/article is added. This will make life easier for those that provide regular rss feeds.

Re: Getting Blank white Pages!

This can sometimes be caused by the php memory limit. I would advise turning on php debug and look for any errors. You can safely ignore the warnings.

Are there any plans to bring out an update to the fckeditor any time soon?

Re: Any content module working with 2.2.3

We currently use content with XOOPS 2.2.3 and haven't experienced any problems. We currently have 8 static pages all working fine.

An example of our 404 error page can be seen here
http://www.nuoss.org.uk/modules/content/index.php?id=2. Highly recommend this module for static pages

Fckeditor - turn off xhtml viewing

When editing an article in fckeditor it displays the xhtml code instead of just the content. How do I get fckeditor to display just the content without the tags?

Re: News Module Recent News problem!

I tried that fix earlier but no luck:( It seems that template is corrupt on ours. Default is showing empty too. Tried deleting and uploading a new copy of the template. Entered the *void* too.

Re: News Module Recent News problem!

I think I may have found the problem. I tried to modify the news_block_top.html template and found it empty. Can anyone confirm this as correct?

Re: News Module Recent News problem!

I have also run into the same problem with recent news and XOOPS 2.2. I searched through the forums and tried the suggested fixes. Selected categories and checked permissions but no articles show in the box. I've followed the upgrade txt in the past and reinstalled the module. Recent news still won't show.

You can view the recent items block here http://www.nuoss.org.uk, third from the top. I've run php debug but no errors are showing. Anyone have any further suggestions?
