I am happy to help organize and facilitate the discussions, if the other members will agree. I suggest that as first steps we need to:
1. Finalise membership of the draft proposal preparation team.
2. Set an agenda for the discussions, to keep us on track.
3. Decide how the discussions will take place.
Re. 1, could anyone who would like to participate in the team and who hasn't declared their interest yet,
please put your hand up now. Maybe we could close this within another 24 hours?
