Hi there.

I am in the middle of developing xasset, which does contain a payment processing gateway system, which at the moment supports paypal.

This code be used/lifted if required. Although it has been my experience that payment processing is tightly tied into the cart system that it is supporting.. at least in my experience anyway.

HTH.

Hi artigas,

I just saw this post so sorry for not replying earlier.

Mith kindly managed to find a bug in xasset with PHP5. That fix should already be in the CVS. If not then it will be this week.

In future could xasset bug reports be submited here.

Cheers.

McNaz.

Hi.

Keep an eye on my project xasset on dev.xoops.org. It is aimed at selling software and MP3s. A 0.6 should be coming out this week.

There is alot of modules action in dev.xoops.org.

Like wtravel mentioned, module development can be very slow. I've been working on mine, XAsset, for the last two months on a daily basis but in my spare time. I would imagine there are dozens of such XOOPS module developers in the same situation.

Cheers.

It seems that something in XOOPS is causing it to forgot all of its preferences. Its like im forgetting to save a word document before i close word.

Incredibly highly unlikely!

I remember reading a FAQ on Google somewhere that mentions that to get listed under the UK pages:

1. Have a co.uk domain.
2. Be physically hosted in the UK. I guess they check know UK IP ranges here?
3. Have content on your website that mentions UK, ENGLAND, London and "UK" based keywords.

Point 3 suggests that you can have a .com address hosted in the US but still be listed under the UK pages in Google.

Cheers.

Xoops does not allow inserts, updates or delete SQL operations if it is initiated by a GET request (such as clicking on a URL link to delete a line for example). These are only allowed during a POST.

Only select SQL statements are allowed with GET.

As Mith suggested, you need to use queryF or change your logic to be triggered by a POST.

HTH.

Cheers.

Have you tried looking in XOOPS FAQ to see if similar problems to yours were asked? There is a good article on how to debug XOOPS to track down the problem.

Cheers.

Have you tried Tiny Content? I seem to recall that that modules enabled you to load into html pages from other locations (ie html files or difference websites).

Could be Tiny Content 3 or C-Jay Content.

Cheers.
