The version xoops: 3.5.1

bugs
1. Social buttons are not disconnected. In the administrator of the panel of the menu it is disconnected, and at a forum it is displayed.

2. Incorrectly works PDF, but it lasts from the very beginning of forum creation.

Useless expenditure of time.
From what you took, what spammers come with same IP?

Spam goes usually from the infected computers, and their millions, And at many dynamic IP.

Clever registration will rescue you from spam...

The given system frightens off the user. It will be better, if moderators delete objectionable messages.
