Registration by Administrator (Ext Profile) still doesn't work? I appreciate all the hard work (I couldn't do it myself!), but why a Final Release if reported errors aren't fixed?

Why can't I post a comment on the XOOPS website? When I want to post comment on a news message, I see the message "Taking you back ..." and no post is made?

I have just tested RC 3. The problem is still there ...
I guess I am expecting too much in such a short time :)

I found another issue though:
I tested the register procedure a couple of times. I use the profile module and have added a few custom fields. All work fine. As administrator, I want to approve new members, so I selected this option. But when I click on the activate link in the email which is sent to the webmaster, I need to enter the emailadress on the website.

The user then gets a Welcome email (with no subject!) and also needs to click again on the link to activate the account!
Something goes wrong here. Can you test this, because the registering procedure is of course an essential part of the XOOPS CMS.

2.3 Extended Profile issue?

Hi,

I am using the Extended Profile module in 2.3RC
When I use "Find User" in the admin section and look for inactive users, I get a list of the inactive members.
But when I tick the checkbox in front of their names and select "delete" in the drowpdownbox below, nothing happens. The users are not deleted.

Am I overlooking something or is this a bug?

EDIT:
When I uninstall the Ext Profile module, I can delete and edit profiles of other users. When Ext Profile is installed again, I cant edit/delete users' profiles.

I seemed to found a solution myself: The problem arises when there are no right-blocks (empty). So, I put a " " at the end of the rightblock loop in the theme file, and ... problem solved :)

Ty for your reply anyway :)

PS: Great theme!

Willem

This is what I did:

<!-- Right column -->
<{if $xoBlocks.canvas_right}>
<{includeq file="$theme_name/blockszone.html" blocks=$xoBlocks.canvas_right
zoneClass='xo-canvas-column' zoneId='xo-canvas-rightcolumn'
}>
<{/if}>

Nice theme, but there's a small bug in it:

The footer is displayed incorrectly when modulecontent is displayed and when there's no rightblock. The footer is displayed to far to the right. This only happens using MS Explorer (Firefox is ok!)
Someone know how to fix this?
