MyMenu 1.4 RC Dissapearing menu Icon trick

On MyMenu 1.4, Images assigned to a navbar menu disappear from the menu when not on the site home page.

Apparently the Icons cannot be found.

A short term solution is to use the full link for the file
'http://www.ladads.info/uploads/MyMenu/navbar/home.png'

Instead of using a partial link
'uploads/MyMenu/navbar/home.png'

1) On MyMenu, the Menu Manager always defaults to showing the first alphabetic menu you have created. This is a problem when you are working on more than a new Menu.

2) After adding a new menu item to a menu, the screen comes back to the first menu on the list.

3) To get back to the menu you are working on, you have to select the Menu on the drop down menut and press 'GoToMenu'.

Auto Updating

Okay, I have a site using WordPress. Superior features:

1) When their modules are updated, the program lets you know there is an update available.

2) You press a button to ask to update the module. This automatically loads the new module onto your site.

3) You press another button to install the new module.

With xoops, I have to manually download the program to my home site. I then have to ftp the files up. And only then do I get to the module manager with an update button.

Why is XOOPS not automated on its update policy?
