I need help with my site, email me a proposal with what you think you can do to clean it up and integrate articles/video/pictures etc for user content at mike@midwestwakeboarder.com

The guy who started to construct the site has disappeared and with it now live and 123 members and growing I need some serious help!

msdana you are correct, how then, do i go about fixing that and still have my forum as my start module, with my blocks only visible on the "top page"?

im just looking for ideas, lets see what you guys created!

Also, my first website ever is http://www.midwestwakeboarder.com

Id be interested in suggestions on how to make it more user friendly, turnkey, and encourage more forum usage...

Keep in mind, I hardly know what Im talking about when it comes to this stuff, so detailed suggestions will be most appreciated!

xc gallery question? please help? (moved to correct forum)

Why cant my users upload to albums in the categories I have created? So far, they seem to only be able to upload to "user" categories and albums....

Detailed instructions are needed, Im clueless.

blocks on some pages vs others?

check out http://www.midwestwakeboarder.com and tell me why even though my "main" and "meta albums" blocks are set to only display on the "top page" they are on every page?

How do I change this? I dont want my users to have to scroll down past these two blocks two read a forum post after clicking on it!

URGENT- Adjusting weight of start module vs blocks?

Using XOOPS 2.0

Start module is IPB, but when I use that as the start module (versus no start module) I cant adjust the weight of any blocks.

Regardless of wether the weight of a block is 1 or 10 it appears "above" the start module on the index page.

I PLEASE NEED DETAILED/SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO CORRECT THIS!

Preferably so some blocks can be above the module, others below.

is this forum useless?

i dont mean it in a rude way, but everybody here acts as if you should know so much just to ask about what you dont know....

Ive never gotten a specific answer to a question yet, and that isnt typical to other help related forums I use.
