Several problems after changing server

I moved my site from one server to another, but now I have some strange problems. I use XOOPS 2.2.3
First problem is with shoutbox. I had 3.1, and after moving it stoped to work. I had the last messages from backup and I just coulnd delite it. Non of my memebers, including me, couldn't enter new messages. I uninstall it, and istall version 3.2, but after finishing installatino and creating a box I got the same situation, with old messegas. How can I fix this problem?
Second problem is CBB 2.3. The situation is that no one can upload pictures in their replays.
Please help me with these problems.

New users don't recive activation email-please help

Greating to all,
I have this, and for me a vary big problem. I run XOOPS site on 2.2.3 for 8 months, but within last month I noticed that I have many inactive users. I got an email from one of them with information that he didn't get activation email. I tried to register new user, but I also didn't get activation mail.
So I wonder what is the problem. I have 23 inactive users, and I'm afraid that they will linch me
Maybe this is not a XOOPS probelm, than server's, but being a newbee I can't conclude. Please help me!

Thank you very much for a quick replay!
I can acess othrer sites on same hoster! One is also made in xoops. I really don't kow what to do!
add on:
very strang things are hapening! I try to log on home page, and it doesn't work. Site is working fine. I can acess forum, gallery etc. Strange is tht on forum I'm log on, and if i go t admin meny I can't open any module. like there dont exist!

Greatings,
I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3 and I started to make some changes on theme xmbluext1, mainly colour. This is all on localhost, because I want to make the theme perfect before I start to use it on my web site.
But I found sevral probles and I can't find solutions for them.
Problems are mainly in CBB ( Version is 2.3)
I uploaded pictures, because they say more then thousend words.

1. On Block Recent topicks block does't goes to the end.

2. On Forum words for forum name and forum description are overlaying.

3. There is a header break in Opera.

I will try to explain as simple as possible. If you want to arange blocks on your home page (it is the same for all other pages) go to admin then blocks. On each block You will see weight. If You writte 1 that block will be first on your home page. If you put 2 it will be second. This is for blocks whitch are put on the same side (like left, center etc.).
If you have for an exampel three blocks A,B and C, and you want to put them all on left side...then if you want that block A is first write on weight window 1. If B bolck is second writte 2 etc.

Greetings to you all,
I would like for some changes in myalbum module. First I would like that I have the ability to put several pictures under the same name. This means that I can create category, sub category and under the same name to put several pictures. Users can change pictures with drop window. Here is the link to some gallery (made on php) to see what I want!

Second thing is also like on the above link. In myalbum under the picture there are several things, including description etc. I would like to put that in block on the left and picture, with that drop window on the right!

I'm runing my site on XOOPS and I'm thriled with it, so I decide to help. I want to translate XOOPS to serbian language, but I don't know much about programming, so please give me information is this action dificult, and how can I do it!
