sMicrotech.com suspended because of SMTP & Perl

my websitehttp://www.sMictoTech.com was suspended fot the second time
host company said that my site use the SMTP to send alot of email so the suspend my site

& use Perl Module for that

the first the activate the website (Nov 14)
this time said that i have to change my host company

anyway
are there any way to solve this problem

my mag is 2.0.5

and the same to the idea i thought

but there is no such as in the admin. pages

so i have do edit it manually in some php file?

compressed data base?

i use saveDB module
but the sql file is 30MB (i take it dayly)
then i compressed to rar file that less that 3 MB
so i can save 90% of downloaded file

r there any module that compressed the data base before i downloadit?!!!

all my site is in arabic
so i don't need 2 files

the file where could i input the RTL (Right To left) commands

i think i miss understand u

this line don't include any RTL commands

i mean this will make it auto dir detector
when there is 2 css file

styleRTL.css
style.css

isn't that right?
