sory first i didnt see module request page, i tried formulize but couldnt find search function in that module. and in main nenu when i click formulize it says u dont have permissions to wiew this form. i changed all permissions but no change it is still saying the same thing. thx

i have an electronic repair company, i made a web site for this. But i need a module for my customers to search their parts from a search box. for ex: i give them a service from and there is a service number on it, the customer will check the service number from the website and will learn info about it. i tried some other modules to do it but couldnt solve this problem. i need a block with search box and one for admin or webmasters to store information. search box will search only number of the service part. Can anyone help me ?
