That's what I thought after all the it is a right path.
May I point out that when I installed XOOPS everything worked followed all the nomal installation and database, until the very end where it says something like View Home Page. Then the famous white blank screen.
This server is a bit not familiar to me......... on the root folder there is a log file with this type of path /var/log/virtual_logs/domain.net if that can help I do not know.
I need this root path to work as it is driving me to the wall.

I have installed XOOPS onto a new server. I have done this a dozen times with great success. Normally the xoops_root_path is: '/home/domain/public_html'
Now this new provider has the following: '/home/sites/domain.net/public_html' on his server. Please note the added text /sites/ and .net to the root path.
This link is giving me a blank white page as a home page. Is there something I need to change in teh mainfile.php or perhaps the provider has to implement from his side?
Thanks

For the next beta version of MxDirectory is it possible to include a field to upload images in the submit.php file? Something like Catads and MyAds have in thier module

Thanks Monty

I think you are refering to the module phpadsnew which is a great mod and has lots of features, but it could be a bit complicated compared to the one XOOPS have in its core.

I might try to hack another banner module if I knew exactly what files needs hacking.

Anyone who can help in this?

I have searched the forum under multiple banners but not quite sure when you have different sized banners.

I need to add another banner module in the admin system core. The one XOOPS have I am using it for standard 480x60 banners. I need to create another for 150x150 banners. I know how to create a banner block to put it in later but I have no clue how to clone the banner module in the admin area.

Any clues how to go about it?

I have used the latest version of the module mxDirectory successfully so much that I have cloned it to have another similar module called Property working on the same site and server. I have encountered only 2 problems which are:
1) the popup window that comes up when you click on the print button the image is broken. I have checked the url link but somehow cannot figure it out.
2) This is more serious. The modify this list link calls for a login, obviously makes great sense, BUT the user once logged in has also access to other links that he can mess about with. Is there a way where permissions would be granted only to the particular listing he only has subscribed to?

I have successfully installed the module Frozen Bubble and reading the readme file it was asking for a jav applelett..........basicly without it, it will not function.

Can you tell me where to download the Java script and more important do I have to install it inside the Frozen Bubble module or not, so people clicking onto my site will play without any problems?

Your guidance is needed here Guys!!!
