Re: Multi-Menu 1.5

Heh, silly me. I didn't realize you could select how many columns to display in.

Thanks a lot for this module!!!

Re: Multi-Menu 1.5

solo,

Thanks a lot, this version works, except for one problem. It seems that instead of displaying the menu like normal, it displays the links horizontally as well as vertically. Does this make sense?

For example, instead of the links being like this:

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3

It displays like this:

Link 1 Link 3
Link 2

Do you know what would cause this?

Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, a parse error on line 96.

OK, I guess that worked. THanks a lot!

I did read that first post, and downloaded the Perl script. I was referring to his next post, where he mentioned some Windows program or something.

I have the Perl script but don't know what to do with it, that is what I'm saying.

Thanks,

Chris

Could anyone give me pointers on this? I don't even really know what to do. I was going to download that program thing, but it was a weird file extension and I wasn't sure how to proceed.

Thanks

Oh boy, not that I know of. I'm not sure that I would notice though if there were. Like I said, I basically just copied the XOOPS code and put them where it seemed to me like they should go, based on my DIV layout.

Thanks for responding though.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/qcfist/public_html/templates_c/default^theme.html on line 158

I'm getting that error. I'm not sure why. I'm trying to set up a tableless site. I basically have taken the most generic 3 column CSS layout I could find (which I have done numerous times on non-XOOPS sites) and copy all the XOOPS code from the default template into my CSS layout.

Can anyone offer some advice on this matter? Thanks!

Hello,

I am currently using XOOPS to set up a site for a barbeque contest. The contest organizer would like something to include a short biography of each team that enters. Last year there were about 80 teams. I thought about just including the short biography in the profile, but she wanted something different. I thought then about using something like WF-Channels or something like that, but I'm not sure if that would be the best module for something like this. I guess what I would need is for the list of bios to be alphabetized somehow, no matter what order they're entered in. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris
