I have tried to add a custom welcome block for when someone comes to my site, but no matter how I add out the block it only shows to registered users. I tried to have a generic welcome block for anonymous users, then a different one for when they signed in but no matter what I do it only adds them out under the registered users blocks.

TIA for any suggestions on what I am doing wrong.

Gabriel

Accessing the server from another pc on my home network
What do I need to do to access my website from
another pc. From the pc that I am running xsas on I
typehttp://localhost/xoops2/ into my web browser and
my site pops up. I want to be able to access this same
page from another pc on my network but have not been
able to figure out how to do that. Is this even
possible ?, if so what is the path . I want to develop from my machine but have all of this running on my old pc that is running xp pro.

My pc is in my workgroup and is named xpserver.

TIA, Gabriel

I already use phpgedview for my Family Tree and have looked all over for a module that would pull it into my XOOPS site. Does this exist already ? Would it take much to put it together ? I know sql and a just a little php but I am not sure how to do this. Any help or suggestions appreciated.
Thanks, Gabriel
