Suddenly my Polls aren't working. Several visitors have said they voted but the vote count is not advancing. I've updated the module, checked the database, updated the system module, and deleted and restarted a new poll - its counts three votes and stops.

Any suggestions?

Merry Christmas!

I seem to have narrowed this down to a sessions or cookie issue. I have a separate phpbb forum using the same database. When I am logged into the forum I can see the menu on the XOOPS index page. If I login to XOOPS from that menu I have complete access to the acp. I simply can't login to XOOPS without logging into my forum first. All of this is new and the forum and XOOPS have been sharing the same database without conflict for quite sometime. I haven't changed anything that would cause this to happen.

Any ideas!?

I replace all the system module files and the login seems to be working. Since I don't know which file caused this problem (I uploaded them one at a time, update the system each time)I can't say that I've resolved this issue entirely.

ughhhhhh! That's didn't help.

Are there any other reason's for the "Sorry, you do not have the permission to access this area" message?

groups_users_link is set correctly........

Even if I can't get to the admin menu I should be able to see the user menu once I login. None of this makes any sense - I even changed the database to allow registration and registered and still no user menu on the index page. I am about to switch themes to see if maybe that's the problem.

I don't allow users to register on the site. I am the only user and I checked the database and my uid is 1. It also says I have a rank of 7 and a level of 5.

Sorry I'm using 2.13 and I can't find anything like /admin/recovery.php

as the admin I can log in but there is no user menu on the index page. When I type in the site url for the admin cp I get that dreaded message - "Sorry, you do not have the permission to access this area"

I'm lost any suggestions?

I am currently using CBB and love the new version. But all of the XOOPS calendars mods I've used seem to have one flaw - no way to set up an event that doesn't have a specific ending time. Does anyone know how to do this or maybe someone has written a script to combat this issue?

HELP!
