Thanks Lykoszine,

I will take a look at editing the template. I have the module installed already. I guess the problem is getting it to display in that location because it isn't within any of the normal layout locations. I know that with PostNuke and Autotheme you can put modules/blocks in non-standard locations. I will see if I can do the same with XOOPS.

I personally went through that to no avail. Everything in that troubleshooter checked out. Still blank page.

It's quite frustrating. I've used just about all CMS's. This one has got me stopped in my tracks.

The whole blank page deal is a big problem. I get no errors, even after going through the troubleshooter. Installer went through no problem.

Hope you guys find a resolution soon.

Quote:

Undefined class name 'xoopsmodule' in /home/*********/public_html/x/html/modules/wfsection/class/wfstree.php on line 199

change that line to //$xoopsModule = XoopsModule::getByDirname("wfsection"); and see what happens?

now no white page, but no items on topics

oops!... I have just seen the "problem".
It's located in xoops:html:class:module.textsanitizer.php"; Line 195:
$patterns[] = "/javascript:/si";
$replacements[] = "java script:";

.. so then , any way to be able to use 'javascript' into posts html code? or just discard it by security concern? Thanks a lot for any help

Niko

javascript word is splitted in two pieces up by default , in all sort of html code input (including this own forum post!!).

I am trying to use a simple JS with a URL link, of course needing to use word "javascript" included on it. However the html code generated by XOOPS 2.0.3 is splitting-up the word "javascript" as java script breaking up the js function.
<a href="javascript:popImage('first.jpg')"> <img src=second.jpg" border="0" align="right"></a>

Note: Admin would like to see than my original post code has word "javascript" not " java script" displayed. It's not possible to include JS snippets with posts by some security concerns?
TIA
Niko

Have you tried the module available in Modules/Themes here?

If you have, then all you need to do is add quotes from the Module Admin.

You can probably edit the template to remove the author also.

If you have not tried the module, then I suggest you do so... as it may fix your problem
