Where to disable new users?

I cant find users info settings. There where option to disable new users (only admin can add new user) and new users can register freely.
Where can I find this option in new version of XOOPS 2.2.3?

thanx for help. It wasn't what I want, but it's close enough. I have separate my-album0 and 1.

Thanx for answer. I would like to see myalbum clone. I don't like solution with two separate galleries. Where can I find that clone?

I need group permisions for every album.
Example:

I need special album or section that will be only for one group of users, other users can even see that album.
And other (public) albums can be seen by everyone.

What module can I use. I tried all from module repository and didn't find that feature yet

I need block that will take news posts in random order to that block. It will be used for jokemachine.

blueBump problem with IPB forum module

I have XOOPS 2.0.10 brand new installed and IPB 1.4ga forum module.
I like this theme - blueBump and wanna try to contact maker of this great theme because it have some problems. Everithing is ok until I go to IPB module, then all links are broken. And theme looks odd. All graphics disapear because of links.
I took a look on theme.php and all links to images looks like this

<img src=\"".$xoopsConfig['xoops_url']."/themes/".$xoopsTheme['thename']."/images/logo.gif\" align=\"left\" alt=\""._TH_WELCOMETO." $sitename\" border=\"0\">

So, it's posible that when I go to IPB module this links doesn't works as they should.
What to do about this?

So, nobody can't help here. I never find out good solution to this problem. I think best solution will be module or hack witch would automaticaly transfer new members to tester group. But can't find such a module.
