Found another problem

I can't view archives.

For example, if I want to open archives for May 2003, from this pagehttp://www.koreus.com/news-archive.html, it opens :

http://www.koreus.com/archive.php?year=2003&month=5

Instead of :
http://www.koreus.com/modules/news/archive.php?year=2003&month=5

In order to avoid static .html files from being redirected, your .htaccess should be like this:
RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-s RewriteRule ^.*.html loadpage.php [L] RewriteRule ^$ loadpage.php [L]

The second line makes sure no redirection is done if the static file already exists.

Regarding the other error you are receiving, I would like to take a look at your site, as the url you provided:
http://www.mysite.com/admin-index-op-edit-storyid-XXX.html
should be rewritten to
http://www.mysite.com/modules/admin/index.php?op=edit&storyid=XXX
not the one you said

And about static html file, in fact it works, like you said

Hi,

The previous problems have been solved, but I have found another one.

This URL doesn't work
http://www.mysite.com/admin-index-op-edit-storyid-XXX.html
It should open this page
http://www.mysite.com/modules/news/admin/index.php?op=edit&storyid=XXX
XXX = article number

But I have this error :
Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/mysite/www/loadpage.php on line 74

Another thing, now we can't put static html file anymore, It is redirect to loadpage.php

Else everything work fine !

In fact I have a lot of problems :/

If I use the Last Comment Block, the link doesn't work.

If I try to post a comment :
Not Found
The requested URL /comment_new.php was not found on this server.

I have also problem to see the next page of topic, for example :https://xoops.org/modules/news/index.php?storytopic=0&start=5
I have a 404 error :(
Not Found
The requested URL /topic0.html&start=5 was not found on this server.

Hope it will be fix in 0.3

Hi

Nice hack, but there is a problem with Partners module, if we want to add a partner he tries to open the /join.html file and I have an error.

I have same problem !

And I don't have Admin group.

I have tried on a XOOPS 2.0.6 migrated from a 2.0.5.2
I should test a on fresh XOOPS 2.0.6 but I fear I will have the same problem.

We should have the choice in the admin or user section
to let store password or not in cookies.
