Host Messed Up, Lost My DB

My host and I just discussed increasing my bandwidth, and they felt they needed to transfer my entire account to a new server, ontop of that changed my account to a reseller!! Im furious, because I had no warning and didnt make a recent enough backup of my db.

Is there any way to retrive that? I do have the most recent backup of the XOOPS files and all, how do I reuse this? I really have no clue how to write table data, so is there anyway around this? Thanks alot .

Integrating Forums And Xoops

Hello, I am running into a small problem. I want to install forums on my site, but that isnt the problem. When I install it, I want users that have registered on my site, to automatically be registered on the forums. The problem is, my content area is really small, and dont want the forums to be shown on the main theme.html. Is there anyway to get around this with newbb or the invision powerboard module, where I can make a seperate theme file for it??

If there isnt, I guess I will take some time to go back, widen up the content area, and move things around more. Which would be more beneficial??

Im on XOOPS 2.0.13.1

Is there anyway to call information to a page?

Is there any way to call information to a page?? To describe this more, this is what Im trying to do.

I have a page with an intro image, and a menu below it. When a user clicks on one of the menu options, I would like the information to show up below it all without transfering to another page, so that the menu and image is still there.

It would almost work like an iFrame, but without the ugly iFrame borders and scroll bar. Is there anyway to do this?? Or should I stick with the iFrame?

Also, if it helps, I am using the modcontent module for all my content. I am using XOOPS 2.0.13.1, and will upgrade before I open my new XOOPS version of my site. Thanks for any help you can give me!

EDIT * Figured it out. This can be deleted, or whatever now. Thanks.

Forms - Controlling Size and Other Problems

I have to edit this because I found the answer to one question. The text showing up wrong was because I edited the css for 'head'.

Now, for my other question. How do you control the size of these forms, such as the edit user account form? It is well to wide for my site, and need to shrink it down to 355 px. Ive edited css it uses to 355 in width but to no luck, and cant figure out system files for it.

Ive right clicked and viewed my own source, but when I go into edituser.php (which debug says it is) I cant find where to edit the table values, there is none that I know how to read.

Missing Form Information

In all my forms, the text next to textfields and areas is missing. Any information on how to control this? Is it a specific template file, or a file I would have to edit via ftp or cpanel?

I have used absolute positioning to control where my content appears. Should I not use this? Most of the absolut epositioning i sin my css.

How to add a block within a block

Is this possible? Ive made a custom block for my right navigation menu and want to add the user menu and login into it, so that objects below it will always be in line.

Text Describing Form Parts Is Missing Now

For some reason, I have no text next to textfields and areas. I have been working vigerously on trying to get my site up with XOOPS editing css and template files, and somewhere in between this form problem happened. Any ideas? Need to see my css? It seems that the text gets jumbled up at the top of the page on each form in one spot.

I have it hidden now. What I am trying to get to happen, is when a user clicks to visit the forums, the forums dont show up on the main content area, like they do here, but as something on their own, like if I installed PHPBB seperatly.
