I have a question. Can you use external CSS Sheets to design your custome blocks?

I am using version 2.0.18.1. I just upgraded hoping that would fix the problem.

I need help. My system will allow a user to login, then upon making an attempt to access an area that requires the user to be logged in, the user is logged out. I Know I have seen this information before. However, I can't find it, any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am using the following:

Xoops. 2.0.17
phpMyAdmin 2.9.1.1
My import data is in SQL format.

I reinstalled XOOPS on my hosting account so that it is in the root directory. I have been trying to restore the databases that I have. However, I can see the data while using phpMyAdmin, but it is not showing when I look at the modules through the website. Can anyone tell me how to make the database tables with the modules. Thanks for any help in advance.

I am using Forum Module 2.02. Sorry it took so long; I thought that I could do this by clicking edit forum. However, when I click this button I just get a blank page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
