When editing that new group at the bottom of the page you can select as many users as you want by keeping ctrl key and then you can move them into newly created gruop. I hope I have not missed your point...

I suggest that:
-in every module preferences allow anonyous to comment
-install protector 3.16
that will stop 99-100% spam comments ;)

Hi, probably Protector doesn't allow to upload a file with more than one dot in filename. Check it.
