how can i change the theme if i can't log into the admin side? can i change it in phpmyadmin?

Ok so what am i doing? Its actually not a test site anymore, its functional but still vunerable. Its www.kempseyonline.com. Admin.php doesn't work and i have chmoded the directories to 777. The whole site works, i mean everything comes from the db ok. Ok here are the stats:
OS: Debian
Perl Version: 5.8.4
Web Server: Apache
MySQL: 4.0.24
PHP Version: 4.3.10-15
XOOPS: 2.2

Its really bugging me because it works locally but it doesn't on the www server (kempseyonline.com).

Can anyone help me!!!! I've been tinkering with XOOPS on my local machine with apache and mysql, then i got some web hosting and uploaded the files, and make a .sql with phpmyadmin and uploaded all the database data. Now admin.php displays a blank page, with 'Done' in the corner of IE. So it loaded and it exists but what THE HELL IS WRONG!!!!

Please help me i'm a newbie...lol

Sorry that was a quick and not for beginners way of doing it, i'm at work thats why. (oops the boss is comming.)

Do this:
- Check the forum before you post a question like this, its already been answered.
- Login the MySQL database, use the creditials you specified when you setup xoops.
- If your server has phpmyadmin use it.
- Select the database (or schema) called xoops, or what you called it during setup.
- open the table "xoops_block_instance" or similar.
- run a select * from xoops_block_instance query, or somehow get the data from inside the table so you can edit it.
- Find the login block and set the value of visible to 1.

ALL DONE MATE!

Found it!!!!!!!!!!!! Its System: Custom block. Very strange if your not used to it. Thanks guys!!!!

Thanks i'm ditchin MS this time! IIS is great but php works better with php i find. Also can you help, have you used Xoops2.2, i recently upgraded and i can't make my own blocks anymore. All i want is XOOPS to display different and custom blocks on the main page. (ie:http://www.macleaycbd.com.au) Something like this on the main page. They use xoops.

Thanks guys, i'm really enjoying xoops. So what i did is setup iis as port 88. and apache i installed and thats my defualt webserver. apache works better and can communicate with the damn database.

I'm very confused! Alls i want is a block that i make myself to appear on the index page and i can't create custom blocks in 2.2. HELP PLEASE!
