Allowing anonymous user to submit takes him to 'create a account" page after submission.
Since for the time being I dont want user to register, how do I take user to other page, except the "create account" page?

Could anyone of figure out how to let user submit a particular form only once. Validation by user Id or cookies etc?

I have short knowledge about coding. But never tired to request for features. 
As I mentioned before, only thing that will make users not to think about other forums but CBB, is DESIGN LAYOUT.
The forum index page design is not strong looking like IPB or other options. Let's make it better than IPB!
Since XOOPS 2.2 will come with Dynamic User Fields, so no need to add this IPB like option to CBB.

Do you know if it is possible to find out which users gave a particular answer of a particular survey using SQL query in xoops+survey database?
I mean, is a reference of user ID stored in db against the answers?
