My simple view is this:
XOOPS DEV seems to be moving very slow at this point, it's the reason I asked is XOOPS dead only getting a response of "We've got some great things coming" but yet when you look at the XOOPS CVS tree, you see nothing has changed in 4 weeks.

But yet you look at the CVS tree for Joomla you get active development.

Unless there is a difference XOOPS CVS tree somewhere then someone needs to update the XOOPS front page, which is stale as it is.

November usually is a very busy time for people, so we're taking it a small step slower then usual. But we'll have some announcements to make soon about development, but also about other things related to the xoops.org project. Good news
