showing news, like on this site

hi,

i was wondering, what module do you use to show the news like on this site?? I searched the downloads module and the forums, but i couldn't find it.

I realy like the way it's shown on this site, with one article on top, beneath that the categories with the newest news.

to change is easy,
pres the right mouse button on one of the images on you forum en select preperties and look at the url and name of the image
then name the image you want from the new icons to the one you need and upload them to yoursite/modules/newbb/images/

yes there is, put something like this in you style.css

.g02 {background-color:#406cb0;color:#ffffff; padding:1px 4px 1px 2px; font-weight:bold;font-size:12px;text-transform:uppercase;}

you can use as many as you want, just number them g01, g02, g03 etc. and change the colors.
then, put this in you block_left/right.html:

this should do the trick

you need to delete all the files in the "templates_c" map, then it should be ok

i fixed some of the bugs, the only problem i have now is that the theme isn't showed correctly at an 800x600 screen, can anyone please help me with it?

hi,

i'm beganbuilding this theme about 6 months(!) ago i stopped for a few months cause i just couldn't get it how is suppoesed to be, i tryed again after a while, still can't do it, so i need help, i would really apreciate it if someone want to try to finish my theme, then, if you want you may use it on our own site, but DON'T release it for public please. Here are some screenshots with the bugs circled, if you want to help me, tell me you email and i'll send the theme to you.
