Activation Email 2 hours later

Hello to everybody,

all is running well in my XOOPS but when I create an new user I have to wait for hours until receiving the activation email. I receive other email communications on time -> I only have problems with email activation.

It's normal?

Thanks, it has been a good clue for me.

I tried to do this before my post but it seems that HEADLINES module don't update RSS encoding directly from Headlines Configuration (the first page you find in Headlines admin mode). You have to click Edit link and then change RSS Enconding. I didn't realize that RSS Encoding value wasn't changing.

Hello, I'm not english spoken and i want to use HEADLINES module to show news in spanish but i can't see special characters like í, ó, ñ...
There is the same "problem" on xoogle module.
