Module Generator? is one available?

Is there a module template available? Or is there a program that can be used to generate a vanilla module?

I have a website with several custom sections. For instance, I have sections called 'Gaea Fallen', 'Ahriman's Prophecy', and 'Games'. I would like to create a blank html module for each of these pages.

I'm using tinycontent for these sections, but because google doesn't like urls that end in numbers, they are not being catagorized by the search engine.

Does anyone know how I can make this change with Xoops?

session expiration is 0, can't log into admin :(

I accidentally set my session expiration to 0. Now, I can't log in long enough to change the value back. Can someone tell me what database table and field I need to change? Thanks!!!

Anyone know if there is a mailing list module? I would like to have a block that allows anyone to subscribe to a mailing list on my site.

Out of curiosity, if I use a 16 random character password, will this greatly descrease the chance that my site will be hacked? Or can a good hacker somehow find out a password, no matter the length, in another way?

Can anyone tell me where I can learn more about the newBB update that is going to be available soon?

I'm curious to know if the update will include the ability to create polls and move topics to different forums.

Any help would be great! I've been working with the IPB plugin, but it has way too many features that I don't care about.

Need to change two settings in Newbb forums

Hi, I almost have my XOOPS forums completely set up, but I don't know how to do two things:

1. Make 'Flat' mode the default, not 'Thread' mode.
2. Change the 'Sorted By' date from 'From last 100 days' to 'From the Beginning.

Anyone know how to do this?
