OK - so you have to g to your DB (I do it with PHPMyAdmin) look for config [{your prefix}_config] In the config data you will find: theme_set (or something like that)change the old theme-name with a new one f.e. "default".

DON´T FORGET A BACKUP BEFORE CHANGING THE DB

perhaps somebody may explain this solution with "better words"

first of all: Welcome to the XOOPS Forum!

the most simple way is to look for a copy of the deleted theme and upload it to the theme - directory. I had just the same problem some weeks ago (and no copy at all). So I renamed the default theme (with the name of the deleted theme)and ... voila it worked.

NO - it is NOT Xoops. But you may copy the layout to XOOPS without any problem and you will get the same sight and a better portal
