MyAlbum-P - Listing categories, one per line

Hi,

First let me say, I think that MyAlbum-P is a great module. I have one question and I'm hoping someone can suggest a solution. Please forgive my lack of knowledge, I'm not a programmer, just a XOOPS lover (shameless plug to elicit help).

I use MyAlbum-P and have many categories with many subcategories. When someone views the main page for the module, I would like to have each category and subcategory on its own line. The line would start with the image folder32.gif or folder16.gif and the text of the category name. Then a line break and the next would appear.

Is this simple to do? I've tried looking for where to modify it in the files but I'm not a programmer so I'm having difficulty. If you'd like to see how they're displayed now, you can check them out on my page:

http://www.freemasonry.pe.ca/modules/myalbum/

As you can see when you look at the link, the next category starts on the same line as the last one. I want to split those lines... Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Sean

I've installed this and it seem to be working very well. However, it doesn't seem to give me the HTML editor when I'm modifying articles in the XF-Section module (ver. 1.07). Any suggestions?

KShop & Taxes

Hi Gang,

I have just installed the Kshop on my test site. Great little module - does exactly what I need it to do.

I have a question about taxes. I have added all of my products to the test site and set their tax rate to 0.00%. Now when I view items in my shopping cart, it displays the following message:

Quote:
In the total amount, $ 5.56 of tax is included

I have set the tax rate to 0% but it is still indicating that taxes are included. How is this tax amount being calculated? Is it possible to change or remove it if the tax rate it set to 0%?

Suggestions welcome...

-Sean

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to do as you asked and got the following message:

I tried it a second time and got the same error. I then turned on PHP debug, tried it a third time and it worked with this debug info:

Weird! The icons are still out of order but the one for Headlines is now there. Should I be concerned?

Control Panel & admin.php - missing icons

Hi Gang,

I've having a small issues with XOOPS Control Panel. The icons for each module (which appear down the left side of the Control Panel) are not staying in order. This, by itself, is not a problem for me. I really don't care in which order they appear. However, I just installed the Headlines Module and no icon appears down the left side. I'm not sure if these issues are related. I am able to configure the Headlines module by clicking on it's icon in the Modules page but that's a bit of a pain.

Are these problems related? I just want to make sure that this is not a problem that will get worse...

Does anyone know of a module that does this or has the PMBooks module been ported by anyone?

NewBB RC3 Issues with Polls

Thanks for the update to RC3 - Great work.

I am having one issue with polls however. Creating a poll in a forum works fine. Unfortunately, when I vote in the poll, I have a problem. After I click vote, I get a message thanking me for voting and I am redirected to the following error page:
Quote:
ERROR: Topic not selected!
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

That error page then redirects me to this error page:
Quote:
An Error Occured
SELECT t.*, u.name, u.uname,u2.name as last_post_name, u2.uname as last_poster, p.post_time as last_post_time, p.poster_name as last_poster_name, p.icon FROM xoops_bb_topics t LEFT JOIN xoops_users u ON u.uid = t.topic_poster LEFT JOIN xoops_bb_posts p ON p.post_id = t.topic_last_post_id LEFT JOIN xoops_users u2 ON u2.uid = p.uid WHERE (p.post_time > 1091055022 OR t.topic_sticky=1) AND t.forum_id = AND t.approved = 1 AND p.approved = 1 ORDER BY topic_sticky DESC, p.post_time DESC
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

I am then redirected to the main newbb page. When I check, the vote is indeed cast but I think the error messages are going to confuse my users...

Anyone know what's up?

Ok, tried that. They all come back as OK. Any other suggestions friends?

check & and repair any problems with the xoops_config* tables using phpmyadmin or MySQL control panel. If unsure how to do so, check with your host.

Hmmm, I do have access to phpmyadmin on the site but I"m not sure what to look for. I have compared the table structure to the old copy (which works fine) but don't see any differences. Any suggestions on what to look for?

Sorry, I should have posted what I've already tried. So far, I have:

- Emptied the Cache and Templates_c directories
- Checked the default template (which is what I'm using) and it appears fine.
- Updated the System module

Thanks for the suggestions, they were the first thing I tried when I saw the problem. Any other suggestions?

Sean
