You don't allow access to your forums without people registering so I can't see your forums. But what you describe may be that your forums are set to thread view instead of flat view. You can make the default view for your forums be flat by going to system admin > preferences > general settings and choosing flat for your comments default view. This will affect not only comments but also forums.
Plus each user can edit their own accounts to choose flat or threaded default views for comments.

That would have to be done through scripts that you have put into the theme.html file of each theme. Redirect, I believe. If it will work.

Thanks Catscity! I went and either deleted or edited his posts. They were all useless posts made in other people's topics in order to promote his own nonxoops links website. His site is only made up of links. I have the power to delete his account but I'll leave that up to Herko. :)

No, I don't think the number of members a site has is the problem. This site here, I'm sure, has well over 200 members.
Did you install anything new on your XOOPS site before you had this problem? Also, have you checked your XOOPS database and seen if there are any tables that need optimizing or repairing?

How could anyone edit another person's theme.html on their own server without having access to that server?
