Yeah, this is exactly what I want to do.

I want to change the main block according to what I choose on main-menu.

I want to incorporate slide menus with my site (something like on www.zuggsoft.com).

There are a few difficulties I am experiencing.
The site layout is: a big picture on top, the menu (horizontal) below it, and then XOOPS blocks.

First, I thought to find a module that will do it, but then I figured that I won't be able to put my menu where I want it to be, since it will put it at most in center block up there, and I want it to be above the center block, in fact, above all the blocks.

So I thought to solve this problem with java/dhtml slide menus. But then I figured that I have no idea how to change the content of the blocks via this menu.

Suggestions?

I have a link in block X, and when I click on it, I want to open the html page it links to in block Y.

How can I do it?

But that will change only the specific field, no? and new user that will be created will still have the old set of fields. Am I wrong?

I want to write a C program that when executed will add a XOOPS user.

The question is: is there a way to add users not from within the site, but from some place out of it?
