Re: Using Koivi editor as default block editor

Many thanks Snow. I tried every combination of search options, but never ran across that link you gave me....

For the reference of others, I used the second block of code submittied by Snow77 and it worked perfectly on XOOPS 2.0.1.6.

Again, thanks,
Tim

Using Koivi editor as default block editor

I have looked everywhere, tried several solutions and cannot find a way to replace the standard XOOPS (Xoopsform, I think) with the Koivi editor.

If there is a good set of instructions available, I would appreciate a link.

I will worry about implementing it in the modules later, if it is necessary.

TIA,
Tim

Re: Strange case of missing images

Well I have some sort of a result - I saved the logo.gif again, uploaded it, and it is now showing....

Now the thing seems to be tiling in the header table and I have about 6 of them. See:

http://www.wonderfish.com.au/

Once again, from famine to feast. It never rains but it pours

Thanx for your help. Now I can chase the next problem

Cheers,
Tim

Strange case of missing images

I have loaded XOOPS with no modules (as yet) and I am having a problem with images not displaying.

I have replaced the icon.gif in the original default theme and edited the theme.html and style.css to suit. The new images are not appearing in the page - see:
wonderfish.com.au

They do not appear when you access them directly either:
http://www.wonderfish.com.au/themes/default/logo.gif
or
http://www.wonderfish.com.au/themes/default/logo.gif

Am I missing a setting for turning images off or something?

They were working fine before but I have just reinstalled 2.0.1.6 after an unhappy experience with a 2,2 release candidate.

Debug mode didn't tell me much. In the Smarty debug mode the paths looked right. I have Check templates for modifications turned on atm.

TIA,
Tim

Installation or upgrade problem - 2.0 to 2.2

Guys,

I was running 2.0.1.6 (which gave no trouble) and decided to upgrade to 2.2.5-rc2.

I cleared all of the files, killed the old database, built a new db, uploaded the new files, went thru the install process, connected to the new database....

The homepage is now giving me this.

Quote:

If I am reading this correctly it is looking for the stuff that was in the cache.

I don't know where this is coming from. I have emptied my browser cache, plus all of the files on the server and used a new database. Anyone know how to solve this?

TIA,
Tim
