nope, it doesnt do anything

i found it and i try some colours but there does't happend anything.

If i try it in default thema it works :s
but with my own thema it doesn't

Hello, i'm a belgium boy, so a try to type my question in good english, i hope you can understand it.


I've got a problem, i try to make my own theme.
but you can't read the text @ Notification Options, and view account also, there is at the first row the colour of the text and the background the same, but i dont find a css that you can set the colour of the text.

I hope you can read these, because my english is very bad


Plz, help me.
