Hello folks,

I know this topic has been written many times already... but I need some help...
I created a custom block, with custom sub-items that should be only shown when the user clicks on the menu items... similar to what happens to the news, forums, etc module...
But the difference is that the sub-items are not going to be dynamic... I want them just to be hidden.
Here is what I did (no problems at all).

Quote:

<div class="blockContent">
<table cellspacing="0" width="100%">
<tr>
<td id="mainmenu">
<a class="menuTop" href="{X_SITEURL}">Home</a>
<!-- start module menu loop -->
<a class="menuMain" href="{X_SITEURL}">Main Item 2</a>
<a class="menuSub" href="{X_SITEURL}">Sub-item 1</a>
<a class="menuSub" href="{X_SITEURL}">Sub-item 2</a>
<!-- end module menu loop -->
</td>
</tr>
</table></div>

How can I make on this custom block, that the items are shwon when the main item is selected?
Thanks,

RedEye

you mean you created specific blocks according to your usage?
And how about the menu creation inside those blocks?

I guess I couldn't make myself clear...
I was surfing around the site and I found this link: http://www.fantasyref.com/.
What I'm trying to get, is to put the main sections with their respective sub-sections similar to that site...
Hope could make myself better understood.
Thanks for any help

if I?m not mistaken you can do that with a module called "contact+" (plus)...
There you can enter fields on your own

I don't know any commands to get the version...
but inside the directory your_xoops_root\include there is on file called version.php

there you can see they set the version manually:

Quote:

define("XOOPS_VERSION","XOOPS 2.0.5.2");

maybe you could create one smarty tag based on that and put the created tag in your theme file(s).

for some smarty tags within XOOPS you can take look here.
