what is the meaning of this?

Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "Hack_Silver/theme.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084


my other XOOPS theme dont works because of this error..how can i solved this?

why you want to change the XOOPS footer in admin area..where your the only one can see it..

I need help my host upgrade to new sql version and my XOOPS seems to have an error when the SQL upgrade take effect.

i just saw a blank page..and i can't login..my XOOPS version is 2.0.9.2 how can i fixed this problem? i need help please
