I too...
A Xoops icons system should have multi language support... for accessibility it should render an html tag like
<img src="ICON_URL" alt="ICON_TEXT" title="..." lang="..." dir="..." /> ...

it will be useful for all modules...

This is a Filemanager v3.00 module hack. It's compatible with latest XOOPS versions, it can runs also with register_globals = Off
(original version cannot!)

Some new features in this version:
- file permissions in files list
- it's possible to choose the editor for files (try EditArea script editor)

Language definitions are changed, sorry but standards are standards
