Indeed, blocks weight is not a "smartified" value. Thus your suggestion would require a Core modification.

Having this value in a smarty would help design the site the way you want.

If his themes are under the GPL licence, you are free to do what you want. Just keep his credits in the code, though.

First, I suggest you reupload all your multiMenu files.

Second, check wether there is not a problem with your host...

Good ideas Wizanda, but I see some problems with your organisation.

1) There are hundreds of modules outta there!

2) Not all module developpers are willing to discuss about their modules here. Most of them in fact are solo workers whos just develop their applications for themselves, and as reward to the XOOPS community, allow others to use it freely.

3) Creating one forum for each and every module represents a heavy duty. Too much to deal with for too few persons. A few time ago, the forums of frxoops (french speaking support site) was design that way, with category forums (content modules, agenda modules, picture modules, etc.)... and at the end of the day, it was just a big mess, with nothing clear for noone. We have recently deleted all those forums, and just created a "module support" forums.

To make a long story, short, it doesn't work.

1) Because your block setting is set on "Contextual menu". See blocks settings.

2) I depends on which bloc you have activated. You can change the css and script values by editing the concerned bloc settings.

You must check the groups access options, in admin. There you must check all your blocs and modules you want to display to anonymous.
