remove moderator list on forum index

How can I remove either Admin from showing on all forums or completely disable showing who's moderating each forum? It's so repetitive and doesn't look good unless you have a good number of staff moderating different forums.

I have searched through files and templates and searched the forum and I cannot figure out where to go to rename a block. I would assume it's in the module's templates but it doesn't seem to be there.

For example I want to rename the extcal module block titled "This day event". I want to call it "Today's Events" or something. How can I do that?
