Looking for an easy image uploader

I'm making a picture blog, meaning new pictures should be uploaded every day easily. My problems with the standard package:

1. The pictures should display immediately in actual size, without link to a new window.
2. The Image Manager requires a category to be made first with size limits for the images. This would require too much work.
3. The pictures of each post should be uploaded to a separate subfolder of uploads/
4. I want all files to automatically rename after uploading

Is there any module that allows some or all of these things?

Newbb/CBB: need different forms for 'new topic' and 'reply'

When editing forumform.inc.php (newbb/include) I noticed this file is for both the 'new topic' form and the 'reply' form. I want to have different options in these, more specifically I don't want the "Subject:" option in the 'reply' form (because it should automatically be "Re: <topic_title>".

Any help?

thanks, but that topic suggests replacing redirect_header(...) with redirect_header() which:
1. doesn't seem to work for me
2. would be a lot of work doing it for every single file separately

getting rid of transition pages

I don't want pages like "thank you for loggin in", "thanks for your submission" or "you don't have permission to access this area" to appear before redirecting (waste of time imo ). Any ideas to disable this?

making blocks only visible in specific modules

I want certain blocks to be visible only in specific modules. However, when changing the visibility in the "blocks administration" for one page, it automatically makes the same change on other pages. How do i solve this? Thanks!
