Xoops 2.57 to 2.59 module system blank non access

I updated the version with the script miweb/update 2.57 --> 2.58. Leand 2.58 ---> 2.59 but i can not access the blocks. Maintenance modules only config general..

Url Mod Rerwrite for xoops?

Xoops has good modules and you see the work of the team, but something that causes me strange is that it does not have rewriting (mod_rewrite) based on name or in numbers.
I think that is one of the factors that do not recommend easily.
Newbb has that option but it has errors because it does not allow the modules / newbb / .............. parameter to "my_name"/ ........... ...

when I see it with my smartphone, I do not see video,
and PC(browser) necessarily need to install flash player, can use an alternative player to view it in smartphone / tables?
