If you want to modify the text "What's This", you can change the text in the language file.

If you want to modify "link to" page, the file you want to change is matrix.php located in the module directory.

Sounds like you are confusing "templates" and "themes".

There is a comprehensive FAQ section on themes and templates. It should answer most, if not all of your questions.

Also, try searching this site, as these questions have been asked and answered many times before.

The FAQ that I referred to will show you where to put the code.

Example: Put this code:

After this code in your theme.html

Do you have <{$xoops_module_header}> in your theme.html?

What module are you using for your blog? XPress (WordPress for Xoops) has RSS feeds for blog entries and comments.

If you are using the News module, RSS feeds are available, you need to set them in the module preferences.

There are plenty of themes using a blog-style layout, try the Theme News or the Themes Library.

Give Anonymous users access permission in System > Groups.

Yes, it's normal. You can change the footer text in System > Preferences > Meta Tags and Footer.
