I have this error: Warning [PHP]: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/thefirst/public_html/mainfile.php:100) in file user.php line 60

Not sure where to go from here with the blank page.

evite - ivite - rsvp - invitation - invite???

I am searching high and low for a module that emulates evite. I have found a script ported to nuke called ivite but there is nothing like it for xoops. I want to be able to invite current members and non-members to an event, require them to log in to rsvp, and view their responses just like evite. Anyone know of a module for this or a way to port a nuke module to xoops?

Thanks in advance..

I am trying to find a method to upload multiple images for use in news postings. With the standard XOOPS installation I can only upload one image at a time. Does anyone have a method for doing this or a module for managing images more effectively?

Hmmmm I solved this problem and I dont recall how I did it. Im going to think on it and when I rembmer I will post the solution. I do know that I just went back to the regular template set somehow then I went ahead and re cloned the default set then it worked..... Ill try to remember how I got it back to the default set. Oh wait. I went in and edited mainfile.php manually to use the default template set. That is how. Dont know why it worked fine the second time I cloned.

I just cloned the default template set then changed my preferences to use the cloned set, now the site it totally blank. I can not get to any admin menu to change to debug mode or back to the default template set. Where can I go to switch my site back to the default set? Why does cloning, without making any changes, crash xoops?

Both of these solutions work as well as my simple "cheat", I recreated the table in my image editor and saved it as a JPG then posted that in the story with no table.

Thanks for your responses.

Table in News

I have a table coded inside of a news article and for some reason I keep getting a large space above the table when it is posted. I can not figure out how to make the table appear immediately under the last line of text in the news posting.

Here is the code:
<table>
<
tr><td align="center"><b>Sire</b></td>
<
td align="center"><b>Dam</b></td>
</
tr>
<
tr>
<
td align="center"><img src="http://www.francosbluedenali.com/modules/xoopsgallery/cache/albums/album02/CIMG0150_edited.thumb.jpg" alt="Sire"  border="0" /></td>
<
td align="center"><img src="http://www.francosbluedenali.com/modules/xoopsgallery/cache/albums/album02/CIMG0098.thumb.jpg" alt="Dam"  border="0" /></td>
</
tr>
</
table>

The news item is here:
http://www.francosbluedenali.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1

Any ideas why the table is so far below the last line of text?

Ahhhhhhh just what I wanted. Do a search on this site for "SuperSpotlight". You will get a great solution to displaying news on the home page.

OK I closed my browser and reopened and now it isnt blank. It brings up 2 new issues for me though.

1. Is there a way to have the news show up above the blocks?

2. When I hit home on the menu, "Gettin Around" on my site, it then goes to a blank page.

I have already put it back to the none setting for the time being so that things look right since I did just email all my friends telling them to check out the site..

I take it back. I set it back up to have the news as the home module.... take a look.

This doesnt really seem to do what I want. I just want to be able to select one or two stories to list at the top of my home page at my discretion, but with the nice layout that they have on the news module with the comment link and read more link. Is there a block out there to do that? The included blocks only show links to go read the article from within the news module.

OK im taking back to having a copy of the story in a block for now. I dont like leaving it not working the way I want.
