Marco,

While you are tinkering with this module could you look at adding a scale, a la standard Google maps.

My wish list:

1. Ability to add data to the DB and fields to collect such as lat/long and other geo information.

2. integration with other modules such as news or piCal would be great.

Thanks for your advice. At this stage I think I will resort to using a big stick to keep the students focussed.

I will wait to the next upgrade to move to this functionality.

Is it possible to turn private messaging off via permissions for something?

For example, I want a Group (students) not to have access to PM.

I have just installed the module on two of my sites and it works a treat with one exception. For some reason it doesn't rewrite when the 'content' module is set as home page.

Any advice?

XcGal - Image loading problem after upgrading to 2.0

Since I have upgraded from 1RC1 to 2.0 I am having a problem with my images which where previously stored.

Now when I click on thumbnail I am taken to an empty page and the address shows ashttp://www.treckusa.com/modules/xcgal/displayimage.php?pid=15&album=random&pos=-15&cat=

It looks to me like I have some missing data. Have I missed something with the upgrade or do I need to reload my images/albums?

UPDATE
Problem seems to have fixed itself. i am running on 2.0.13 and I thought that that may have been the problem. Will keep a watching brief for a while.

2.9.2 Problem with blocks/Templates?

I have just updated from 2.9.1 to 2.9.2 and my left blocks are now 1cm in from edge of screen. Same applies to right blocks on some themes.

How does this come about and what is the correction, if any?

Can't you modify your module to only pull two days worth of forecast? It would be a pity to lose such a useful module.

Has there been any attempt to get copyright permission? The module has appropriate credits and the data is public domain as near as I can tell.

Perhaps a humble request from the module author would do the job.

Just a thought as this is the best weather module for international users by a country mile (no pun intended)
