build a new site and import posts and users from another my xoops site!

is there a way for use xoops newbb modules database or user data base for another xoops website? Actually i need to use my Current data base in new xoops website!

my Current xoops version is 2.5.0.

i try to setup wiki modules but show thist message:

I edit season.path in php.ini file :) and slove this problem.

I have server! and i am admin in this server! so i change local path permission in default web site to write, read, log visit, index this resource in IIS and try to setup xoops! But i cant...

i try to setup xoops in windows 2003 but show this message under the setup box! so, what can i do to fix that?
