This sounds more like a hacker that is trying to use a (un)known leak in the system admin to upload a python script. Your server was behaving correctly by blocking it, it is strange however that you are experiencing this blockade...

Are you using the latest version of XOOPS? If not try to upgrade and see if that fixes it. Also check your templates_c, cache and uploads map for unknown files and delete if necessary...

Personally I don't think you are hacked because your site still works just fine .

Check the settings screen of the shoutbox module and you will find a datestamp setting.

You can find the date by hovering over the shout with your mouse. Funny how manny people miss that

I'm not sure, but have you find out the source of your problem and now asking how to fix?

The paths that XOOPS uses are defined in mainfile.php. Open it and change XOOPS_URL.

Just use your favorite search engine (ex. Google) and use the keywords no right click and you will find plenty of scripts. Once you got one, place it in themes/[theme]/theme.html (you may have to remove all the files in templaces_c te reflect changes).

Except from that, I have such and scripts because they are completely useless. I see no reason on using such things since they are easily to get around.

Kinda strange question. Are you asking how to change permissions? Of so, just goto System Admin - Groups and change the anonymous group.

If your question is something else, please clarify.

I expect it just filters your referer URL and check or it's once with google in it. Of so it filters out the keywords.

Try disabling your referer or visit directly the website (copy-past).

As you say it works perfect this. It's wise however to clean out templates_c and update all module and prevent sudden malfunction.

After you did that you're safe.

These are PHP5 errors. Just ignore them and disable php debug. It are just notices and do not affect the working of your system.
