In README.md it is written:
## Minimum Requirements
- Xoops 2.5.10
- PHP 8.0
- MySql > 7.0

Xoops 2.5.10 doesn't work for me in PHP 8.0
On Xoops 2.5.10 Failed to execute xoops_module_pre_install_xoopssecure

message: This module requires PHP version 8.0+ (7.4.33 installed)

wfChannel 3.0 Alpha 1 is released for testing and contributions - it's a module for adding articles to your XOOPS website.
You will need to install first the wfResource module.

It's been tested on PHP 8.2, but because it is Alpha release, expect a lot of bugs! But since it is Open Source, you're free to help and contribute by testing and fixing these bugs!

I fixed several of the issues that you reported, except the last one. FAQ will not work for a while, because I would need to take some time to dive in and understand better the process before I can start fixing things.

BTW - some of the issues were because it seems like you had only one user on your PC. You need to have at least two users: the Admin, and one registered user with the ID #2 - then the test data will work better.

I might do the same what we did with Suico, and create a test users with high numbers, like 9999
