Yes, I saw that when I was confronted with the problem I am indicating here.
So I looked it up but didn't understand the code for switching colours.
We use the style variable (values : orange / silver / dark) but how does it work ???

In fact I found Richard's code very simple for the toggling of Display / Hide toolbar and the display of the associated icon in the xswatch4 theme

BackEnd like AdminLTE is great. This means a process of hardcoded html replacement with bootstrap4 compatible syntax, into the core for backEnd and, trough modules templates, for frontEnd functionality and design . This is a great way to go. This way Xoops can get the spectaculous "Bitc3ro-Like" look, both side. Thank you for you efforts :) Looking forward for updates!

I'm not sure what you want to do. If you want to add a block as a "sub-template", you could do just include it similar to what it's being already in the xBootstrap theme:

<{includeq file="$theme_name/tpl/shareaholic-script.tpl"}>

If you want to add a real block, you still would need to activate it in Admin, and then you could use something like the Blocks Anywhere or the Tools that you can find on GitHub You can read more here
