Hi, 2 of my members are getting blank page when trying to view there profile.

I have ruled out protector I have also replicated the issue myself by loggin in with there user/pass.

Others trying to view there profiles will get there page.

I can not for the life of me figure out why this is happening.

I am hoping someone else has had this issue and knows how to fix it.

If you have any idea what to try let me know.

alternatively is there a way to create for them a new account and transfer all there details to the new account?

I am starting to get more users with this problem.

anyone out there have any ideas for me.

The thing is most users are fine and these users were fine,
but all of a sudden they are getting blank pages.

Help.

This has now been resolved.

This issue was to do with Friendship Petition I deleted the affected users xoops_yogurt_friendpetition from the database and then they were able to see there own profile.

This was seriously concerning me, but now I am happy.

Hi Everyone,

This issue outlined above is still happening, the real issue I have is I only know about this when a user msgs me to let me know.

there seems to be an issue with the friend petition that stops a user from being able to see there profile, I can fix it when I am told about it by deleting any petition with that has there Userid in it.

I am hoping that someone may take a moment to help me fix this, or at least point me in a direction.

If you have an inexplicable blank page with Yogurt, try this:

class/yogurt_controler.php

around line 48

Comment out the lines:

 if ( (str_replace('.', '', PHP_VERSION)) > 499 ){ 
  include_once("class/class.Id3v1.php"); 
}

This may not be a solution for the above problem, but it is appropriate for the thread title
