Wiked editor in xoops themes doesn't work.

hi bluestocking
i have a question about mediawiki modules... i try to install a WIKED editor in wikimedia 1,71 (after disabled fckeditor) but work only in mediawiki layout, in XOOPS themes doesn't work...

fckeditor is great but most of the wiki syntax doesn't work...

have you an idea?

I am posting your question on the board so that others with more editor experienced can help answer your question.

I mostly use the built in wiki codes and html from my favorite editor and copy and paste into the wiki edit window. ...BlueStocking

That might be by design... It seems the editor is only made for wiki's?

Also according to this it does not work in IE.

That might be by design as well... But Dj might be able to get it working. There is a new Frameworks out. I wonder if you have this 1.22 version installed?


Like Bs said maybe some one who is good with editors will help you on this.

I wish I had an answer for you but I try to stay away from the wiki's...

according to the manual:

so i doubt you could install it in 1.71?
anyway i didnt find monobook.js
could you explain your approach for installation?
