I wish to upgrade to the latest version of XOOPS but cant find the upgrade packages from this version i am running whewre do i find them and how do i go about it

Hi. You can download the latest upgrade package here. The upgrade is labeled as "xoops-2.0.14-to-2.0.16", but you will find explicit instructions for upgrading from versions 2.0.7 through 2.0.13 in the release notes.
