Xcgal hack for header navigation menu.

I needed to find an answer to a question I had about the batchupload link in the header of the xcgal pages. One thing lead to another and I was able to not only remove the link but went on to modify things so the top header navigation links only show up for registered members and mods.

Maybe mcleines would be interested too.

If anyone wants it let me know and I'll set up a download link for the instructs.

I would realy like to get this from you, sence i use XCgal to display the screenshots of all my themes.

It would be a little easier for people to check things out with all the pages,
